This practice will treat you pet like a paycheck and make decisions for your pet based on what lines their pocket over the best health decision for your animal. Stay away. They have refused to treat chronic ear infections without spending hundreds of dollars in blood work, just 2 months after blood work was completed and ear infection returned. Most recently they refused to provide their doctor number to the pharmacy on a prescription that is not expired as a reason to charge more for blood work. Again, the prescription was not expired they just refused to give their national doctor network number to Walgreens as Walgreens closed a store and did not have their files correct. Find a practice that actually cares about your animals rather than just seeing them as a way to charge overly aggressive fees for unnecessary treatments.

Nice place and nice doctors but you have to know more than they do apparently because they will NOT be helpful otherwise. We wanted our dog boarded by them but they neglected to tell us she needed a special shot that was never recommended to us. So be sure to do your homework!

We’ve been going here for 5 years since we first brought our dog home! They are amazing! Always informative and accommodating! We moved outside of the city but still bring our girl back here! It’s worth it! They care so much and treat our dog like she’s their own!
