Beware!!!! Rooms filthy. Tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. And they will charge your card after check out for made up reasons. If I could attach pictures I would. The other reviews are not lying. I will never stay at woodsprings again.

The only good thing about our stay at this hotel, was they gave us a refund on the other two nights we had prepaid. Reading the small print, they charge for everything, including taking out your garbage. I get that it's an extended stay hotel but come on, for the price, you can stay at a much nicer hotel with amenities this place wants you to pay for. Check-in is 3pm, our room was't ready until 4:30. The absolute worst thing that happened was someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night. I was up, I watched the door rattle was ready to call 911 when it finally stopped.

I reserved a room for 4 nights and stayed 2. While the corporate website says that they will make things right or refund your money, however this place does not-probably because it ios so horrible and people have to leave early to get any sleep at all. The people on one side of my room had relations all night. It was like that classic movie where the head board is banging against the wall constantly. The room on the other side had guys that sounded drunk. They were yelling and moving furniture around all night. The staff is impossible to contact and are really rude if you do talk to them. It took about a half hour for them to tell me that I could not get a refund of any kind. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

My husband stayed in this hotel for work twice. The first time it had cockroaches. He didn't stay for for two weeks that he had to work their. The second time was recently and the room was never cleaned. The bedding was never changed even though they said weekly. He was charged late fees because he worked from 7 am tell 6 pm and he would get charged since I couldn't make the payment over the phone. The manager said that the card had to be present to be able to charge it. Now he left of Friday and his check out day was Sunday and he has been charged for Sunday and Monday. That means that they don't check to clean those rooms on check out days. The person I spoke to said that he was still checked in the room. I told him that my understanding his check out day was Sunday and he was gone before that plus the manager had said that they couldn't charge his card with out being their in person. What I do not like was that they benefited with the late fees claiming that they couldn't charge the card but now they benefited with charging the card once he wasn't present. We will not rent their anymore and I hope people keep their records. I told the front desk that I had two pending transactions and they should return the money but we will see. I also recorded the conversation and will be going to my back to make sure not to pass them if they are not returned.
