Dining room seems clean Bathrooms are questionable. They do need to renovate the bathrooms and do a better job of cleaning. Food is hot and fresh over the lunch hour. Just think this BK needs a fresh start.

Ok so I wanted to get an impossible burger and there was sauce all over the top and sides of the burger so incredibly sloppy. I waited in line for fifteen minutes two cars behind me literally left and the food was super chewy. The window says the country is short staffed which I understand it is not on the employees. The problem is a multi billion dollar company thinks they don’t need to pay their employees more than 9.85 an hour. I was making $12 an hour in high school back in 2010 this is truly inhumane wages and your own employees can barely afford to eat there. They should be making $15-$16 an hour period. The general managers wages are even worse for the amount of work their expected to do. Truly sickening for real

Restaurant was filthy. Soda machine hadn’t been wiped down anytime recently. Men’s bathroom was disgusting and smelled strongly of urine. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like! Never eating there again.

Asked for a 2 cheeseburger combo. Was told that they don't have that combo. I said that I understand that but since I am adding on a large drink and large fry, can I get a discount for a combo. I was told that they can't do discounts and that mcdonalds has 2 cheeseburger combo. I asked if I should just go to mcdonalds and was told "I guess you should." So left and went to mcdonalds. Totally not in it for sales or making things right for the customer. Horrible response.
