The pizza is about the only thing that isn't flawed to some degree at this location. There is never enough staff. It seems to take longer to check out than most gas stations. The trash needs to be taken out and general cleanup around the store.

Have issues sometimes with 1 machine at some stores and at some other stores all of the registers refuse to read my card. My regular Casey's used to be a Buckys and read my card fine all up until the switch. Stopping at Casey's locations I usually don't go to can turn out to be a big let down not being able to use my card to pay. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this. The employee was apologetic and felt bad. I ended up having to pay with cash.

I ordered 2 pizzas on the app set for curbside pickup was told to pickup at 6:14pm. I arrive at 6:12 use the app like instructed to give my vehicle make and color. I wait 30 minutes and nothing. I go inside and ask they tell me they don't have an order for me, but can have it ready in 7-14 minutes. I wait 15 minutes. By now it has been an hour since I placed my order! So I go to the front counter and ask for my money back and to cancel the order. The lady behind the counter goes and yells at the pizza section and tells them it's terrible that they don't have my order when she took it to them herself and I have stood there and watched 8 pizzas go out the door! She gave me a copy of my receipt, a coupon for a pizza and a cheesy bread and said her manager would refund my money the next day. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND THE COUPONS EXPIRED 2 DAYS LATER!! PLUS I CALLED BACK TO ASK ABOUT MY REFUND AND WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WAS GETTING IT DONE AND IT WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT IN 2 DAYS! WHAT A JOKE!! IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK!! I had to call my bank and file a discrepancy and have them go after the company!!

Ordered a breakfast pizza online and went to pick it up. Turns out i had chose the wrong location and the lady asked my boyfriend if he was “fucking dumb” Not once have i had a nasty experience at this location until now. Needless to say i will NOT be back. If you can’t work in costumer service you shouldn’t. I hope she stubs her toe everyday for the rest of her life.
