We cannot begin to tell you how impressed we are with the maintenance team here at RPV!! We have been here 2-1/2 years. Mike knows our chihuahua well! Don't take this as we need maintenance a lot - just had a new garage door opener and microwave put in. We are definitely treated like family here. Keep up the prompt and efficient hard work you do!! We appreciate you!

My husband and I are traveling nurses who recently took a assignment in Lincoln. When covid 19 hit we decided we needed a more private place for safety concerns, we came across ridge point villas and feel in love with the grounds, and the private garages. It felt like a form of townhouses. We contacted the office, and they were prompt at returning our call. With covid being new we were not able to do in person showing, but they were willing to accommodate us by doing a FaceTime walk threw for us. The office staff was very personal and extremely helpful expesially with us being out-of-towners. We didn’t hesitate to move right in. The apartment was in good condition when we moved in and smelled of fresh paint. Being covid, we deep cleaned ourselves but that’s the nurse in us. If we ever have any maintenance request the office contacts us with in hours to solve any issues we have. We have even had emergency maintenance come after a late shift we had. Midnight or later and they sent some one out to help us. The community has many dogs that live here and they have trash cans threw the community to drop the poo bags, large yard areas for the pets or kids to play. All our neighbors and people threw the community we meet are all so friendly and easy to get along with! Very great community of neighbors! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a pet and family friendly community.

I have lived here for 7 years and am now transferring to a different CIP property. I have loved living here! It is now well maintained and has been a friendly beautiful place to live. That was until I informed them I was transferring to another property. I have now been treated very badly by Hunter who has bullied and harassed me to allow viewings while I am now sick with a chronic disease. My doctor's orders are to get as much rest as possible and avoid stressful situations. I was expecting to work with them if they wanted to show my apartment but I was not give the courtesy of a phone call to set up a mutually convenient time. Just a written 24 hr notice, which he insisted is his right to do. No, it is not his right to endanger my health. It is my right to a "peaceful enjoyment" of my home until I vacate. I will not tolerate inconsiderate and disrespectful treatment. I hate the stain this has now placed on my time here. All due to an immature staff. The manager is very good here and I am sure these staff difficulties will be worked out eventually. Simply a sad way to be treated after so many wonderful years here.
