Mail it to the xfinity store on Tamiami trail in Port Charlotte if you can't go by. Or contact them at their website and they'll send you a shipping label so you don't pay for shipping.

How do you cancel an appointment? I have wasted over an hour on the phone only to get disconnected when they finally called me back. I cannot figure out online. I will end up being a no-show thanks to the difficulty in reaching them... for anything

You should just be able to stop in the store, but making our appointment always is quicker. I was there over the weekend and they were very efficient getting us in and out as fast as possible
