A beautiful place filled with foliage and fun-loving folk. The views here are gorgeous, the grounds are well kept and there are regular activities. Truly all encompassing with a large pool, a gym, library and maintinence/management that is always on-point. I've had the pleasure of providing pest control service here for over 2 years and would definitely recommend it for the community alone as a great place to stay.

BEWARE!!!! This park has TWO Boards comprised of friends……some even sit on the both boards - a conflict of interest for sure. You can be “fined” for nearly everything, including calling the police. The rules and regulations are only enforced for some and everything is based on their discretion. It is even written in the rules that way. The boards talk amount themselves, make all the decisions without letting residents discuss it BEFORE they vote on major expenditures. They boast of low HOA fees, but the taxes are extremely high. The park is over 20 years old now and needs a lot of maintenance. They have a poor management company and expensive attorneys.
