Do not even call Century Link. We got service and a week later we called to cancel. After canceling they will try and charge you fees even without a contract and will keep charging you after equipment is returned. They are thieves! Be careful.

Cancelled my service returned modem. They stop service but kept billing me. Now they are calling for collection. Beware

Century Link service is horrible. The voice mail, talks and talks what we are not interested in hearing and then falls. Communication with the company is very difficult. AWFUL CENTURY LINK.

The service is horrible and the internet is very very slow. The price doubled since we first signed up and I would drop them except that unfortunately it's the only service available for me. Totally sucks!
