Horriable association. My husband and I was approved by the owner to live in his condo with our 2 and 3 year old daughter at the time in 2014 and was than denied by the board probably because with had two young kids and the older people did not want us there. We had good credit, excellent rental references, no pets and my husband had a good paying job and they still denied us. We lost our deposit check and was never refunded. While waiting for the board approval we lost many other opportunities on rentals and had to scramble for something at the last minute since it took this association 17 days to decide we were not “fit” to live in their community. If you are a family with young children don’t even waste your time or money on this place. absolutely the worst people!!
