They charge a $90 application fee and state that they have apartments available on the website, however they do not have any available and just place you on a waiting list. You can't get a straight answer from anyone on availability and when they will have something available. So, if you have you do not have $90 to was then don't waste your time.

I will allow my photos to speak for themselves, meanwhile I lived in the unit from Feb ,2022 to July 2022 and during my stay I will share with the world my experience (See Photos) I have spoken with a number of people within the company but the 2 that have not set very well with me would be Mr Derrick (Supervisor) and John Cintron (Senior Collections) I called to speak with someone and I was met with arrogancy and the who cares spirit while speaking with both, meanwhile they want to charge me because their unit is out of commission due to pest control and we had to live there like that we all can't be here stating the same things about the Fountains @Millenia and they can't provide a record of when pest control was ever did on the unit while I occupied it and per their lease pest control is considered a preventative maintenance done on a schedule that was never scheduled,I had given benefit of the doubt for them to make it right and to use integrity while doing their jobs something that's been an issue from day 1,I should be suing for my things that I have lost but I left well enough alone and left in peace but since we're here let's talk about that part. Pest control is something that should be done regardless of a tenant asking for it or not it's declared in your lease but not followed accordingly. (See review on Fountains at Millenia on Google for more information on this review meanwhile the people at corporate are unbothered about these living conditions that the tenants are having to deal with,Maybe they should move their family in and stay for a while and see how it feels and or felt to the tenants in the reviews for their properties it's a disgrace.

Ok so way back in Feb ish I got scammed by this company for $300.00. I applied for a 1 bedroom that didnt even exist but was denied due to my income. They tried desperately to keep my $300 by saying my application was still open but I WAS DENIED so how could that be. Anyways I proved enough to my credit cars company that they scammed me and I was denied and they woudnt refund me. My credit card company found in MY FAVOR and refunded the $300. Now 5 months later I get a letter from Concorfs debt collection saying i owe 300 and threatening to turn me to collections. Do yourselves a favor STAY AS FAR AWAY from this Company as you can I've had to file yet another formal complaint with The federal housing authorities to n record again they are still scamminggng

They are a rip off! They asked me to move out so it was a mutual breaking the lease with the paperwork stating that they were not charging me anything. But five months after I moved out they’re sending me a bill and asking me to use the OurFlorida app to get funding to pay the lost rent but they are the ones who wanted me to move. I have that paperwork in front of me and sent it to them but they want to tell me to utilize a funding that’s for Covid. I have the emails straight up telling me to use Covid funding to pay their loss rent but I wasn’t living there and they had asked me to move in April 2021 which I did.. so I did not owe them anything and they kept my $900 deposit. They are a rip off and a scam that’s why they were trying to get me to use Covid funding which would’ve been illegal because I did not owe them anything they were trying to get free money from the system.

There is not a good answer for that. This management company is huge and truly don't care about anything, but your money!

To return the deposit, what is the procedure?

Still fighting for a friends money. Small claims court might be your only recourse!
