I have left so many messages with one return call. I was getting my car out of the repair shop and was unable to speak with the lady at that time. Again I have left several messages with no response. Not very professional for such an upscale management company such as Concord Rents in Maitland. Very disappointed.

Zero customer service is a red flag for sure. I have left 2 voicemail messages and filled out the online form inquiring about availability for my mother in law and have had zero response.

I do know that it is income based. My mom has a 1bdrm Im not sure what a 2bdrm goes for.
I recommend you call the office because you have to meet the age mainly, but there is no assistance from nurses or anything like that, what if they do are many activities
The application fee is $90 and the security deposit ranges from $850 to $1000 depending. The floor plans run from the smallest being around $972 and the biggest which is a two bedroom with a den that can run you a little over $1300 a month

My grandmother lives here and I know she pays extra for each of those things. I really don't know how much it costs, but I will tell you she has to pay for her washer/dryer as well. She has her wifi and cable bundle with spectrum and electricity is never under $80 even though she lives by her self. Hope it helps.

Hello Margaret, when my mom got on the waiting list for these apartments it took a long time to get her apartment. They are nice & most tenants are friendly. But just FYI if you have another place you can move to I would suggest it. The management people in this building is awful. The tenants have had lots of complaints about many things and are very unhappy with the maintenance of the building. The manager is very unfriendly towards most people. So good luck with your search on getting an apartment. Hope this helps.
