I searched urgent cares with x-ray machines. Went in for a possible broken foot stated I needed an x-ray at check in they stated no problem. Went back doctor looked at my foot said I needed an x-ray. I said ok then he said their x-ray machine was not working. I asked for a refund he said that was fine. Then a very rude woman with pink hair said that was not their policy and refused to reimburse me. Absolute horrible customer service.

I’ve been to see Pam at First choice urgent care in Maitland multiple times. 2 positive Covid trips and a few URI trips. With my 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry I can Honestly say that I choose Pam over my primary care physician. She listens and understands my sense of urgency to feel better. Average time in and out is 45 minutes. I highly recommend Pam and First Choice for all my urgent care aches and pains.
