Two stars, because I am currently a tenant in this complex. And while it is a great area to live in, the way management and HOA takes forever to respond to emergencies and fix things in the unit is ridiculous. But they will charge you for something in a heartbeat. Even if the charge is in error. I had a broken dishwasher (still broken by the way) and was charged a fee because someone had to come out and fix it. Meanwhile, they didn't fix it correctly and I've been emailing them in regards for over a month now and I still haven't heard back from them. I also had a leak due to a broken faucet. The faucet/pipe should've been changed or looked at before I moved in and again, someone came out to fix it and did a terrible job. The leak persisted and the actual sink hose flew off causing water to literally spew everywhere. My boyfriend had to fix it. And that is just a couple problems.

Never had any issues here maintenance is always working hard cleaning up trash, community is very friendly and it’s in a great location. People fail to realize each condo is privately owned so if they’re having issues that’s due to their landlord/condo. It’s great for the price & location.

I am renewing my lease for a 1 bedroom apartment and I think that this community is a 4/5. It’s not the most luxurious place, but the maintenance cleans the streets, the pools are always clean and open, the gym could be upgraded but it’s clean and easy to access. As long as you live in the top apartments and are being clean, there is no bug issues. Maintenance is responsive and fixes anything you need to be fixed. Maybe it’s not the best for families with little kids, but for young couples saving up for bigger place it’s perfect.

Horrible service, works with a company called Benoit property management. They will argue with you if you need , ac maintenance and virtually any maintenance request will blame all on tenant so the property management doesn’t pay for anything. I’m a never late service things myself to avoid seeing them. Don’t apply there is better!!! Don’t trust I warned you , apply at your own risk!!
