I went in To get my hair braided first lady did just fine second lady braided a little bigger my hair is a little thin so thinner braids look better I went back next day and the manager fixed my hair I did not want to argue with anyone or tell anyone about there work or life ethics but what I will say is I believe she is the manager I will discuss her work ethic she is a very hard worker she does not make excuses this woman is determined to be successful she is kind not just her customers but also to her workers when I pay for something I want the best they can do the second lady that braided my hair said aloud hair to thin like 4 times ...mam I know my hair is thin around my edges but that is why I paid to get it done and yes I can braided my own hair but in thinner spots make the braids thinner if I can braided my hair and my daughter's hair to look decent the person I pay should make it look great and also I choose a picture from their photo gallery and if the picture I choose doesn't look like that on me make it look that way and don't waste my time after manager lady fixed my hair I can say she did a great job I try not to argue or tear people down cause you don't know what someone is going through The manager lady Is a devoted hard worker She put all b******* aside and she did a great job If you are looking for someone to braid your hair this woman can do the job

Do not get faux locs from her! They will fall out in a week and if you ask her to fix it she will charge extra! I got the same style else where and I’ve had it over a month and not one hair has came down and if it did she would help me out for free!

Yesterday was my first time getting my hair braided by this salon and I am very pleased with the end results. It took approximately 6 hours for the 3 ladies to complete my box braids. I think that’s pretty good timing considering the length of my braids! My braids are a little past my waist. In the future, I will go back to this place to get my hair braided again. I would recommend this place to a friend.
