I came in for a trim and to straighten what another salon had unevened. The stylist was rude. She had no clue what I was talking about when I wanted some texture and not straight blunt layers. Spoke to my handicap son rudely. When he walked over to me. I explained he could not stand there after she said no you go over there. Then insisted she wash my hair when it was just washed with no product. Trying to lean up she was rude again. I know how to sit up after having my head in a sink. I am now going to get my hair fixed after going home and re washing my hair and wondering what in the heck did she do to it. It's worse than when I went in. Left side is longer than the right. Never again. Plus you get charged a fee to leave a tip.

Definitely a hit or miss. Most of the stylist are sweet as can be. Linda in particular, has always been rude. My son and I have been coming here for years and he's always brought a picture of what he wanted. Today, he did the exact same thing. Linda told him that she's not a barber to where i interjected and said, we've always came here without a problem. Last time I'm coming here.
