Been coming here for 4+ years. Will no longer return due to unprofessionalism and inconsistent work quality. Pros: Neat and clean Senegalese twists Cons: Unprofessional when it comes to booking. If you book an appointment time other than 8AM, you will most likely be stuck waiting hours or getting pushed to another day because they are always running behind (especially on the weekends) They rush on your hair in order to move onto the next client. If you ask for small/medium braids, they will do the correct size on the parameter but make the braids and parting spaces in the center of your head so big. This happened to me with box braids and my mother with micro braids.You can always tell because the hair ends up looking thin. My mother stopped coming here about a year ago after that situation. The last straw for me was when they cancelled my hair appointment despite telling me to move it to that specific day and time. They didn’t even call and tell me. Instead, I called them to check if they’ll be ready for me. That’s when they told me they had someone else still waiting that they hadn’t started on. I’m glad that I called because I live up north. If you do decide to come here, do not book for anything after 10AM or so. They might not get to you. Especially if you are getting a more elaborate hair style.

If u have your sides and back cut off it should be $100 with hair dont let nobody tell u different im just throwing that out there if it's box or twisted and make sure your parts are neat when they get to the middle it was a mess i was coo til i got home and saw mine and it pulled my hair out because hair was crossed in other braids i didnt go back this was in 5 months ago
