We received a different size mattress, and even with the "inspector" here, we didn't have any easy change for that. Who sold said that yes, the size will be exactly what do you need for full size. But we waited about 4 weeks to have a "deny" change, and just had the only way to PAY 120 (FEES) to return the wrong mattress, and UPGRADE for another mattress that has the right dimensions. Important to say that the store have limited resources to help on that.
