Rooms were good. All of the ladies who work the front desk are extremely nice, polite, and welcoming. The breakfast every morning was great. The lady who prepares and sets up breakfast and the gentleman who helps her are hard working and patient and they both do a great job.

We stayed to attend a gymnastics meet at West Point. I booked a King Suite, and it was of decent size. Beds and pillows are very good. Room needs repair (broken light switch on left master bed reading lamp) and updates (no USB ports for electronics!).

I booked two rooms to attend the funeral of my younger brother who died from ALS. My son was right across the hall from me. The rooms were clean and quiet. Relaxing. Other family members stayed there which came in great with the use of their dining hall. The beds? Forgetaboutit!

I slept very well each night. Hotel needs a remodel but not necessarily outdated. Just noticed they were having issues with water damage and a few things were wore out. TV lost signal often and not all of the channels worked. There was a sign that indicated they were looking to remodel but I didn’t note a timeframe. Breakfast was pretty good and a good variety, not to mention they took extra care for food safety. The staff was helpful and friendly. The price seemed a bit high but not sure if that is because of the recovery from COVID aspect or from the area. I would stay there again, due to what I saw from the other options. May go there or try a B
