My wife and I absolutely loved our spacious, well appointed, and beautifully decorated room at the Delamar Southport. The entire staff made us feel pampered and welcomed during our stay. Starting with management, to the front desk, to the housekeeping staff, and especially David and Mickey who helped us check in/out; everyone was first class. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and added great value as well as convenience. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Waiters couldn't handle children that was very apprant and we were with a big group event.....overall food was great and good experience

Our room was large, we loved the artwork all around, and especially Mickey, our greeter and the guy who took care of our car. Can't say enough nice things about what a positive face he is on your hotel. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Probably next year

Similar to another complaint of this hotel - the first room on the first floor is not ideal for any guest. There is no privacy since your windows look out onto the restaurant (same level), and it is extremely noisy since there are other guests right outside any of your doors / windows as well as being right next to the lobby/entrance/elevators. Disappointing. Otherwise very nice hotel and breakfast was great.
