An appointment is required to even enter the building which has to be made online. They will make you show your confirmation # at the door. Once inside, whatever you're there for will probably take less than an hour. So much more streamlined and efficient than before Covid.

i believe u need to go in and show pieces of makl like utility bill and/or pay stub...and theyll put a sticker on the back of your license with the changes. I would bring at least sources just in case.
