Had one filling done. Filling was left sharp and rigid. When I asked about it, the dentist told me I would have to come back to get it "fixed". I would not be returning.

Dr. Ben did my cleaning. I was completely drenched from the water pick. My entire face was soaked along with puddles dripping down and across my face (2 of which he took his wet glove that I'm sure was covered in bacteria from the cleaning and swiped it across my face, no towel ) the other rivers flowing down my face, my neck ,and completely wet my shirt and hair. My teeth are so sore now, I can't even touch my teeth togather. The best part was the sweet receptionist.

First let me state that I have been going here about 7 years but the last visit will be my LAST! I had put off a cleaning during COVID because it wasn't worth risking my health over. In January this year I finally booked a cleaning and discovered I had a cavity. I booked another appointment to have it filled and was told since I opted for the white instead of silver filling it would be $50. When I went to check out, the receptionist quoted $65. I told her I had been quitted $50 and that was what I had paid previously. She stated that it was a "cost of doing business during Covid" but they would wave it. *Note Providers were told after November 2020 that they could not add a Covid charge to a bill. Then I had a cracked tooth in May and had to go in for a crown. Temp was put on and I was scheduled in 2 weeks for the permanent one. Dr. Kopp didn't even numb my mouth and 3 times I called out in pain for him to stop. I then get a letter from my insurance carrier that I have no exams left in my plan for the year as A1 billed every time I went in as an exam and even billed a cleaning to clean away residue from the crown. They had padded my bill so much that I have no exam or cleanings left for the year. Time to find another dentist **Followup (9/13)been having issues with the crown that was installed. I have crown work that I have had since the 90's with no issues. Today it falls right out of my mouth. I call the office and Dr Zopp is no longer there - YEAH! However there is no oral surgeon in the office except for Thurs and Fri. I told them this was an emergency and I cant go w/o eating 3 days. Waiting for someone to contact me

So far not impressed, Had my very 1st Dentist appt in 15 years. My teeth are in very bad shape. After x-rays, Dr. Came in for exam. He never introduced himself or talked to me or asked any questions at all. Just lowered chair, looked in my mouth, asked me if I wanted to save any of my teeth. I told him I don't know, that's why I'm here. His response Im referring you to a surgeon. I asked do I come back here for dentures after, he replied I don't know, I won't be here & left. Nurse said was all done. I'm not sure what part of my appointment was compassionate, friendly, or caring. Nothing about it made me feel as if I or my smile mattered at all. I'm not sure if going to the dentist involves leaving just as clueless about how to get my smile back as I was before I went. Very dissapointed. To add to my review it was brought to my attention I was probably treated like half a person because of the bad condition of my teeth and the neighborhood I live in, disgusted with this practice to not take the time to know, my teeth condition is hereditary. Maybe if my dentist had even said hello...I probably should have been clued in when the girl taking my xrays had to be shown how to turn on machine, or by the fact I saw no other patients anywhere...Not sure how this office has any good reviews, I will try the Bensalem location and hope for a better outcome.
