Terrible service 😡 they made me lose half a day I was waiting for my turn and when I touched myself, arriving at the window they told me to come back on Monday as if you had your time.

This is not about the location as a whole, just ONE lady. Friday, I was waiting outside with several other people at 755. At 800 I see people walking into the office from the side entrance, so of course, I figure we are next. Nope! This lady in a gray shirt looked at us and walked past our door twice and never let us in. Finally I gave up and just walked to the side door to get in, to find her not waiting on guest, but sitting back eating breakfast and drinking coffee. Even if there’s a rule that says she can’t open the front door at 800, at least be intelligent enough to tell us to use the side door.
