Yesterday I got colonoscopy at Baylor Scott and white hospital- Centennial At Frisco . I want to thank My nurse, Miss Deepa , for her professional manner, and kindness. My veins are super tiny and usually makes trouble for nursing staff to find a good vein . Especially after getting prepared for colonoscopy, when the body is dehydrated. nurse Deepa did the job skillfully and perfect . No pain, no double or triple attempts. And now after one day I have no bruises . And special thanks to Dr Banker for his knowledgeable , responsible services. Sorry that I have forgotten my anesthesiologist name, thanks to you mr handsome . Overall everything goes smoothly, perfect, and on time

Brought my husband for a procedure and was so impressed by how caring and compassionate the staff was during our 4-hour visit. The anxiety and stress that come with surgery is already difficult enough, so we greatly appreciated how nice and accommodating everyone was from the front desk check--in staff, to the pre/post op staff. Would definitely recommend this surgery center if you need surgery

I wanted to add to my experience below, I had Gal Blatter infection. They admitted me & held me for 3 days running tests (on their time). Their tests kept coming back negative (though I told them my family history - 4 sisters had to have theirs removed, my mother and my mothers father “Grandpa Rex” & they still REFUSED to listen to me - just run up the hospital bill)…. They have a knowledgeable internal doctor Dr Nguyen - who just wouldn’t do anything unless he got a hit on one of these tests. First few days pain was managed by a wonderful Black Nurse - over the instructions of the Gastrointestinal Doctor - as without the pain meds it hurt so bad I’d rather have been dead. The nurse was relieved of her duties. Fired - they stopped the meds and let me suffer. At some point (after the hospital had passed $100,000.00 I’m sure they did a final test that still showed negative. Dr. Nguyen went ahead and performed the procedure. I stopped hurting, stopped the pain management and walked out the next day…. WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON HERE???? I asked Dr. Nguyen what my Gal Bladder looked like - he lied and said it was 100% fine. Years later I am now in Olympus Family Medicine in the hospitals doctors building. My Primary physician showed me the FOLLOWUP PAPERWORK from the Gal Bladder biopsy - MY GAL BLADDER WAS COMPLETELY INFECTED - and the hospital covered it up. Made me suffer and milked Blue Cross for hundreds of thousands of dollars. —>>. WOULD YOU SEND A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO A PLACE LIKE THIS ??? ——————————————————————————————————————————————————— When I had a major problem with diverticulitis I went to this hospital. At first they seemed to care as I hadn’t been able to sleep or eat for 3 days. My tongue was swollen. I was in horrific pain. After a shot for pain they ran me through a CT Scan and said we don’t see ANY LIFE THREATENING ISSUES. The next thing I knew they were removing the IV and telling me I must be “faking it or something to that degree” and discharged me sending me back home to suffer MORE days. Eventually I got so bad I drove “past” this hospital and to Medical City Plano. At least there they attended to my pain, suffering, complete dehydration, gave me prescriptions to help until I could get into a gastrointestinal doctor. THIS HOSPITAL CARES ABOUT POCKETING MONEY OVER PATIENTS RIGHTS OR THEIR CONDITION. I almost died & this hospital thought I was faking it. USELESS HOSPITAL. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Even a Jack In The Box doctor would have seen I was in terrible shape, very very weak and helped. Their staff said “WE don’t think your sick / hurting - your more than welcome to go to another ER AND TRY THEM “. I would not use this hospital for a hang nail. They kept saying your faking it.... your on pain management - you just want drugs..... I had oxycodone and OxyContin from pain management for my BACK L3L4 bulging disc. That had ZERO to do with diverticulitis and a major outbreak where I was secreting blood into my underwear. They knew something was seriously wrong but acted like they didn’t want to treat it

I love this hospital. The nurses, techs, and Providers are very kind. Unfortunately, I am a frequent flyer in the ER and each time I go, I feel very welcomed and the staff treat me very well. I highly recommend.

Yes
I think you just have to ask the front desk to offer them.
yes, I think they do have services for head trauma. there are certain sections of the hospital for different health concerns.
