Had my first cleaning today, Carmen arrived right on time and did an excellent job! I was only planning on a one time cleaning for sure, but I am planning on monthly! David was fantastic in the initial assessment and getting me scheduled in the very next day. I'm a happy camper!

This was the first time using the Maid place. The experience was Fantastic. The customer support was great with walking through options and getting a quote. The cleaning crew arrived promptly and did an excellent job. My place has never looked so good. The experience means I will be using Maid service on a more frequent basis. Will also be referring/recommending to friends and colleagues. Could not be happier with the results and attention to detail.

The maid place in Frisco is the best. I have had several cleaners in my house for the past 4 years and I admit some were good while some, not that reliable. I got frustrated and decided to reach out to the maid place. Not only were they very professional, but they were also willing to work with me to focus on the areas of the house I needed the most help. The icing on the cake is that they sent me Carmen, who was very thorough, paid attention to details and by my assessment very passionate about her job. I am a happy customer and have signed up for recurrent service with the maid place. If anyone is looking for efficient and reliable maid service, I highly recommend the maid place.

Absolutely. We use Oreck upright vacuums and also power-flite or Oreck backpack vacuums so we can accommodate any surface.

The girls are required to tell you if something gets broken. We take full responsibility for any item that is broken due to negligence or accident during the cleaning. The only exception is that we won’t take responsibility for items not properly secured. (i.e. A heavy mirror hanging on the wall by a thumb tack.)
We hire only the best of the best and we feel that our teams deserve to make a fair wage. Cleaning houses is hard work. So to keep them honest and passionate about their tasks we pay them close to what they would make cleaning as an individual. We also take care of insurance, bonding, and background checks. If something goes wrong, you call us and we handle it so you don’t have to.

Upon request. The girls have a wide variety of cleaning products and we can use the organic ones if requested. We stock Mrs. Meyer’s products for such requests. We don’t use them regularly because they just aren’t quite as effective at cleaning grime or killing bacteria. We will accommodate any cleaning product request. If an area is highly soiled and the requested product won’t quite do the job, we will consult with you on how you would like to proceed.
Sometimes. Our crews work Monday thru Friday so we like to make weekends optional for them. If you need a weekend please contact us as far in advance as possible and we will try to get something arranged for you. There are higher rates on the weekends as well. We like to pay the girls higher for giving up their day off.
