If you are looking for an honest place that will provide quality service to you or your loved ones this is not the place. When I went in for my visit I noticed that the doctor I was speaking with seemed like he was under the influence of something. I believe he said his name was dr. hoeliner. I was so ready to end my visit because I was uncomfortable with the way he was humming to himself and making awkward sounds as I was in the process of discussing my personal matter with him. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone looking to get well. This place will actually drive you crazy. The phone operator’s are very rude and it seems like everyone of the staff members are just in the field for a salary but not there to help people get well. I also hope that the state of Texas will require the doctors and all staff members to take a drug test. It is in the best interest for everyone. Thank you

Its very simple. If you have a simple problem this might be the place for you. Its an assembly line. Treat em and street em. If you are more complex and would like to talk to a psychiatrist this is NOT the place for you. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. Sad thing is they dont even read these reviews. They really hurt me. Please dont let them hurt you.

The Holiner Psychiatric Group is NOT a mental health clinic as indicated on their Google profile. They are "legal" drug dealers. All they do is "Medication Management." They do not offer therapy or counseling services. If you are looking for a cattle call experience to get your controlled substances prescribed and filled on time, this group is for you. All appointments are virtual, even for new patients, never any face to face appointments, much less vitals or basic blood work taken at any time. Physicians leave the practice and patients are not notified, because there is no reason for a patient to follow a physician, since all they provide is "Medication Management." Since "Medication Management" does not require a physician/patient relationship, just a phone call and a pharmacy is all you need, not a physician. In addition the front and back office staff are inattentive and not detailed oriented.

I am a therapist working with adults and I have seen positive progress in a number of clients who receive medication management and psychiatric services through The Holiner Group.
