How do you terminate your employee knowing that they are sick would you rather them come to work spreading their germs to their fellow coworkers or be in the hospital and recover which is common sense well clearly this company doesn’t have common sense an employee reached out to their perspective manager to keep them updated and in return you terminate them while their employee is in the HOSPITAL and then to claim a no call no show while I watched your employee reach out multiple times. I wonder how you treat your employees when they are postive with COVID
