Over the past year I've had the pleasure of working with Rob Gentzler at Avalon King of Prussia on several kitchen and bath projects. Rob is very knowledgeable about the extensive selection of tile, wood and vinyl flooring available in the showroom and about the design process. He has always been easy to work with - friendly, patient, responsive. I recommend Rob and the whole team at Avalon highly!

Appointments are not required in our showrooms and we do accept walk-ins. However, we do recommend making an appointment to speak with one of our store associates if you plan to arrive during peak visiting hours. Call your local showroom for an appointment.

Many of our products do have samples that can be brought home. Depending on the product, you may be able to take those samples home the same day, or we may have to ship them to your home. For example, for hardwood, laminate, and vinyl we offer $5 samples that can be shipped directly to your home, while carpet samples are often available in store for customers to take home.

Are rug remnants for sale? Do you have a good supply of remnants and bound area rugs?

We carry remnants in our Rio Grande, NJ and Toms River, NJ showrooms. We also offer a full selection of ready-made rugs as well as an opportunity for custom rugs from a wide variety of vendors and brands.

Nope. Although the store can get very busy so it isn't a bad idea to call ahead and talk to an associate when you are coming in to help make sure somebody will be free for you when you arrive.
