I called because I had heard great reviews about this place! I unfortunately never got a chance to check it out because after I booked the reservation they asked for a credit card number so they could charge a fee per person if we canceled up to 3 hours in advance. I totally get their reasoning but totally outrageous to expect people to pay for a family emergency. Never going here.

First visit. For a Tuesday night at 6 the restaurant was crowded and too loud. The appetizers , prosciutto wrapped fig and grilled artichokes , were very good. The grilled calamari was bland with no dipping sauce My wife had the seafood ravioli which she liked, and the duck ragu pasta was enjoyed by our friend. My seafood linguini in supposed white wine and garlic broth was horrible. The shrimp Was overcooked. The clams and mussels were soooo tiny. The sauce tasted like sea water brine. Very salty and fishy. When the waiter asked how everything was, I told him the dish was salty. He actually said he was sorry and walked off without offering to do anything. I called him back 10 minutes later and asked why he had bothered asking when he didn’t care what the reply was. And told him I was sending back the $38 dish. He came back 5 minutes later and finally asked if I wanted something else. Since my table mates were finished their platters, I declined his offer. Frankly, based on that experience and the volume of the restaurant,we will not return or recommend.

Food was very plentiful, and delicious as well as reasonably priced for what you receive. The Dining Room is small, so it was somewhat noisy. Doggie Bags we're a must for all 4 of us. The menu is varied, and should accommodate many different tastes. They also have nightly specials, and I would recommend going early because there is a chance they could run out in the later dinner hours.
