I work locally to this UPS location and every time I am there to mail something or drop off a return, these young men are always so nice, super friendly, accommodating and helpful. I have personally interacted with Jayden many times. This evening I came in with a bunch of large area rugs to return and Jayden was wonderful in assisting me with this large return-- he was kind, quick and thorough. I have lived many places(other cities/states) so I've frequented many different UPS locations and at this location the customer service even at minutes before closing, they are always so nice--it's rare these days to see someone happily helping a customer minutes before closing their store. I am sure the pandemic has increased demand for them and with only having 1 or 2 employees they keep things positive and moving. Great customer service, it deserves to be acknowledged!!
