I got a milk from this store which had soured, and my son drank half bottle already…maybe it is not the store’s fault as that milk bottle is still sealed..The raspberry has mold back and forth. I know organic is important, but the quality control is also critical.. obviously very bad quality control!!!

The customer service at this location is really poor and lacking in so many ways. The one lady at the guest service kiosk was very rude when I was returning an item and when I was trying to give my reason she interrupted me. She lacks people skills and has no understanding about customers. Then on the café side, I asked the bartender if I could get one of those plastic cups with a lid but he said he’s not allowed to take something from another department (it was in the café bar) and there was no employee in that department so he gave me one of his cheap small wax cups. It was for my niece so she wouldn’t spill her OJ. It’s ridiculous that they can’t do something so simple as that and if that’s a rule, they need to have another staff member manning the cafe bar. That is not a way to operate when a customer may need to order something. The only positive thing about this place is that it’s spacious and clean, since it’s the newest location in the area.
