The Johnson County tax office is a freaking joke. Let me rephrase that Johnson county is a freaking joke. Went to renew my disability veterans tags and now they said I have to get a letter from the doctor and I’ve had these tags for years I was funny first lady got me a screwdriver so I can remove my tags and she could give me new ones and then she changed my mind I have to go get a letter filled out from the doctor again. So now I have to go to the doctor and get a form filled out saying I’m disable like I have been all these years and pay additional $.50 and I’m gonna pay them in pennies.

They take all cards. Please take my advice and make a appointment. I made a appointment 1 hour before the time available. I they call my number the exact time I walked in and walked out. The first time I went I did not and waited for 2 hours.
No just get a number from the kiosk and they call for your number when its your turn.

You'll be better served by calling the sub courthouse in Burleson.
They don't do it here you will have to go to Cleburne to apply. The address is 600 W Kilpatrick St. Cleburne, TX 76033. 817-202-2650 open till 5 masks may be required.
Yes but it depends on what location you are districted for on your voter card. There are several voting locations in Burleson. You would most likely have to call the sub courthouse and find out what location you are supposed to vote at.
DPS offices nearby: 8301 Brentwood Stair Rd. Fort Worth Texas 76120 or 600 Kilpatrick St. Cleburne TX 76033
You can transfer vehicle & other personal property titles at the tax office. To transfer land titles (aka real property) you need to file a deed in the county clerk's office.
In a normal situation it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. In one instance something did not go as planned, but I received a letter about 4 weeks after. Letter stated the problem. I fixed the problem and received my title in 2 weeks.
No, only vehicle registration, TT&L, temp tag registration, disabled placards and property tax collections.
You will need to contact the Central Appraisal District. That is the office where you protest property taxes. You can file a protest at anytime, however, when you protest out of your protest period there will be a 10% protest penalty. The appraisal district will send out estimates of taxes sometime in May of that tax year. There will be a protest deadline on that estimate. 817-648-3000, 109 N Main in cleburne.
