Alejandra is the best sales representative. Hands down she is a great person and does her job very well. HOWEVER, I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW. I traded in my 2021 Elantra to upgrade to a 2022 Sante Fe since I needed a taller vehicle because my husband's surgery was coming up. I decided to get a Sante Fe because there was not a Palisade for sale on the lot. I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle and I feel like the support and customer service this dealership offers to their consumers is nonexistent. I have 8 things I have asked the service department to look at and fix; some are new problems and some are problems I've had since I bought the car at 10 miles in March. The vehicle was test drove by the service manager and lead service tech, they couldn't find all the problems I was having so I was asked to drive it with the technician. I did, the problems were pointed out, he noticed them too and the vehicle was still released to me with "no problems found."

Before you go in to sell or trade it in, be sure to look up the value of your car. They will low ball you, so it helps to know how much it's worth. Check around to other dealerships to get a comparison. Car max will also buy your car. Just do a little homework and you'll be fine.
