Brought some items to this location to have returned to Amazon. Was asked by Grant if I knew which barcode went to which items. I said no. He quickly told me I would need to go home and figure it out and come back because I have to know. Go home? Can’t I just pull it up on my app I said. He agreed. Two items were in Amazon plastic packages. He processed them and then the third item he said had to be in a package as well or he couldn’t process it or he would have to charge me for a box. I said Amazon doesn’t usually require they be packaged. He said it was mandatory or he would have to charge me for packaging. Moving on to returning Direct TV equipment. He wasn’t sure what to do so had to go ask for help to process it, which made me question if he was correct about the packaging. Man, just go to the store on Riverfront. Better service and friendlier. This location has gone downhill.

I typically have a very pleasant experience here. However, today was definitely different. I didn’t know saying, “No thank you, I’d rather tape my box to ensure all of my bubble wrap stays in tact, and my label doesn’t come off.” Was such an issue. They staff is typically happy that I come in prepared. Guess someone had a bad day.

This is now the second time that I’ve come to this UPS store and Victor who is at the front desk is completely disrespectful and lacks any form of customer service to the highest extent. This is the second time I’ve come to the store to do a return for Amazon and he gives me a complete attitude and he said today, “if you don’t like the service that you’re getting here you can go to another UPS store off Lemmon.” He needs to be removed from this store if he’s dishes out feedback like this to customers. Completely unacceptable behavior for someone who is the face of this UPS store. I’m just in complete disbelief that he would treat me like this not just once but twice now.
