We have purchased some good quality trees and bushes in the past from Russells through our landscaper. I went this week to select a small decorative tree on my own and asked at the front desk for assistance. I was assigned an employee who was exceedingly unhelpful. She barely spoke and seemed unable to answer question about types of trees and what options were available to us. I was told that one of the species of trees we were most interested in could not be purchased there (or at least not in a pot). After shaking her off and exploring further on my own, I found that there were several of the trees I inquired about available. The office staff had not been too friendly, either, so I didn't go back to start over. The whole experience was so off-putting that I decided to leave. I found better selection and got friendly, helpful assistance down the road at Lavocats. I will go there first in the future.

Mahogany is not a tree for our plant zone. It you meant magnolia they likely have some in stock.
Russell's has a few kinds and many sizes of Birch trees. Heritage Clump is a common kind that can be found in sizes from around 8ft to around 13 ft. At the moment Russell's has single stem Birch as well.
