I have worked with the team on two occasions, both in 2022. I recently upgraded my used Macbook Air to a Macbook Pro. The team walked me through all the specs and helped me to decide on an upgrade. I was very pleased with the reasonable price of the Macbook Pro and thought the overall trade-in value was very reasonable. I want to especially emphasize that two of the employees, Zach and Owen, were very easy to work with. They demonstrated listening skills, heard me out, and did not interrupt me. They then patiently fielded my questions, drawing on their impressive knowledge. It made my decision much easier knowing that they could answer my questions with expertise.

Hey repair as well as sell Apple products so I would say yes. You likely will have to leave it. They call with an estimate before they fix it. If under warranty of course you are good to go.
Depends on the actual issue it's having. Battery service is typically $49-$99 and broken screens are $249 both instances you get a newsame model iPad as repalcement. Software issues can typically be repaired for free.

Yes we do. Size, Warranty and AppleCare status affects the price. Take about 2 hours to replace screen and calibrate back to Apple Specs.

You likely would need to leave it and have the tech look at it, call with an estimate and then do it. Likely a couple days if like comouter.
