Shoddy work, over pricing of parts, failure to honor guarantee and failure to return phone calls ! There are better companies out there!! Part sells for under $20.00 they charged $136.00 I was a customer for 24 years and could not get a return phone call. The last 2 years have been all downhill! I gave them a chance, but Adam was the final straw! He wouldn't return 3 phone calls! A Class act, he is not!! They told me it wasn't leaking. See for yourself from attached photo. They don't bury lines as deep as they say they do! Switched to AQUA-MAN! By far they are way better than Aqua-Systems

They did a great job on the installation, And came out once in the spring to start the system and the again in the fall to winterize the system. My problem with them is that a just got a letter from them stating that they were no longer going to service my location because they claim it's out side there territory. It's 22 milled from my location to theirs. Very disappointed with a company that won't provide service for something they installed.

So after many years of service from Aqua Systems, I got this attached letter from them in the mail. I know I got it because last year they overcharged me & I had to call them multiple times to remove the overcharge, and I paid my invoice after that. But I was not expecting this letter in return. I wanted to try a new irrigation contractor from quite sometime now, as Aqua had a long waiting time for servicing. But I was afraid of the change. But as a Greek philosopher rightly said, "Change is the only constant in life", which means I should not be afraid and also its unavoidable. So as per Aqua, I did a google search and I found some contractors near me and fortunately ALL of them has better reviews than Aqua Systems: Huron Sprinklers Greenview Team Turf Tec Oasis Sprinkler Systems Gorski Landscape Services Aquaman Lawn Sprinklers Reinhart So thank you Aqua for forcing me for this change, as it will overcome my fear, plus I am hoping to get a better customer service than yours. But this letter from you was unwarranted and show your arrogance. I know you don't care if you lose one customer as you have many in your kitty and you might be on top of your business right now, but today I just heard these beautiful lines from someone, "At your highest moment, be careful, that's when the devil comes for you". That says it all.
