I ordered two pizzas and one had no cheese. They undercooked it! The dough was squishy, stuck to the bottom of the box and was still a bit malleable. I did the survey, once on my own and once from the email link sent, and spoke toDaniel, the general manager. Despite the pictures i sent, Daniel was adamant that there is no way my pizza is raw because of how hot their ovens run ( 500F). Even so, pictures dont lie and neither do my eyes. This pizza is undercooked and made me sick to my stomach. Next time i’ll just buy frozen pizza and cook it myself. Never setting foot in here again.

1 guy working in the entire store by himself. Shame on Papa Johns for allowing 1 person to work on the 4th of July, hats off to the man working, because I wouldn’t do it. Safe harbor staffing needs to be contacted about this.

I don't know what was different about tonight but I brought home some seriously enjoyable food tonight from here. We occasionally order from here and it is usually good, but tonight was on another level. We ordered two pizzas and cheese bread with a few extra sauces. Order was correct and exceptional quality. Probably should have taken a few pictures of the food but we were hungry and just started eating right away.
