4/27 @ 10:38 I went into the florist several times wanting to get a corsage done but was unsure about the flowers I wanted to use. I received great service but kept missing the lady who does the arrangements. I was told she leaves before 4 and I don't get off until 4. I was told she possibly had a picture of 1 with orchids on her phone and she would be in Wednesday morning. I called Wednesday morning talked with someone she was very unprofesional talked while I was talking, laughed at me because I asked to speak to someone else! Also stated there were 3 other people in there but would not let me speak to them and she hung up the phone on me, a customer! I I called back she laughed again still would not let me speak to anyone else and hung up a second time. There was no obscenitys spoken during the conversation so I'm not sure why she couldn't help me.I tried to support them and would have given them more business. Whoever the owner is should be embarrassed to employe someone like that. I hope I wasn't speaking to the owner!!!! I just needed some guidance (a picture) with picking the flowers for the corsage. I will let everyone I know not to do business with them or the coffee shop that is attached, I'm sure they're all owned by the same people!!!!!
