First of all, this survey was sent to me when it should have been sent to my wife since she is the person that purchased the car solely under her name. Secondly, the passing off from one salesman to the next is not a professional procedural “norm” I would keep in the future. We were perfectly happy with the delightful person that greeted us & were willing to develop a report with him to potentially purchase when all of a sudden we were introduced to someone else. A very nice person also, but not Necessary. Finally, the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. It was the most pleasant time we’ve ever had buying a car.

Robert did a great job taking care of us when my son and I went in to pick up his 2023 Versa. Not only did they fix the door problem (passenger side door wouldn’t open from the inside), but also put on a hubcap that had come off weeks before. Efficiency and attention to great service is what will keep us coming back to Nissan Burleson (and we’ll ask for Robert!), but hopefully not too often since ya’ll are down the road a piece:)
