I called the other day because we have a commercial account and was told I would receive a call back… Just curious what the policy is timeline wise to call customers back. Plus, not only that but I still remember the time I had to climb on top of the roof during a funeral at church and install a belt on the AC unit in a black suit in 100 degree weather just days after this company came out and installed new belts.

There is a diagnostic fee for the technician coming out and looking at the system. If customer declines the repair or no repair is needed they are responsible for the diagnostic charge. If a homeowner chooses to do the repair with AirCo, the technician can waive that diagnostic charge.
