If you want help you can get help. If you just want methadone you can get that too. All programs are what you make of them really. As with any other MMT facility you get what you put into it. I would reccommend an IOP program for someone …

JFK only accepts medicaid CBH or bhsi... if you have a legitimitate precription for Benzodiapenes then from my understanding take home bottles are still on the table. Im not sure if you are taking benzos illegally if they will allow you on program to begin with or not. Its a small IOP only clinic so groups are not mandatory unless your counselor thinks your drug use is out of hand. The most bottles you will get is 2 every other weekend. If you need serious counseling and groups I always tell people to go elsewhere such as 8th and girard aka girard medical center so you can attend more groups. I think there are 8 counselors and about 200 clients. Intake is probably at least a week or two because doctor only has certain hours, bloodwork is only done one day a week at 10am (i believe wednesdays) so it will take almost 2 weeks or 10 business days before your first dose. There is yet another new medical doctor. 4th one in 5 years and i havent met him as of yet. Thats all the info i have.
