Thriveworks has been an A+ experience for me, both individually with my provider and also with the Thriveworks staff. I have had multiple changes in insurance and various billing issues - all of which have been handled painlessly and quickly. The staff is incredibly friendly. Further, my provider, Christina Belknap, has been absolutely AMAZING! She is positive, helpful, kind, always attentive and on time for appts, and truly personalizes my experience. She is very knowledgeable and highly educated - she brings with her many personal and professional experiences to enhance my own personal experience. She has also worked with me through various schedule changes and last minute reschedulings. I cannot recommend Thriveworks and Christina enough!

Thriveworks system is stressful in it’s self. 1st, making an appointment is a joke. After my 1st session, it was so confusing to re-schedule and there was no way for me to reach out to the therapist I spoke with for help. 2nd, trying to get in contact with anyone to make another appointment is impossible. I work from 8:30am-5:30pm and miss the hours schedule over the phone. & 3rd, their customer service is TERRIBLE. I called Monday 8/15 to have my membership canceled, noticed it kept saying my account was active & was told to wait a few days for it to show. Called back 8/17, still showing active, was told to just wait. Called again today 8/23 and it’s still showing active and no one could send me a confirmation that it’s been cancelled. Not to even mention the rudeness of their billing team, tried to get my mom’s refund like she was instructed and that lead to her being hung up on by Tiffany in billing. They sent me a link to sign a HIPPA form to give her access to my account and the email they sent doesn’t even work with my account information & when I asked why the link they send doesn’t recognize my account information they have no answer. Then tell me I can give a verbal 24 hour consent for my mom, then she calls & they tell her they need me to sign the form that their link won’t even allow. This company just wants your money, doesn’t care about helping patients & stresses their “customers” out leading them to go look for another company for better service. I wish I could give a -5 stars.

7/28/22: My therapist is amazing, but dealing with billing has been the biggest nightmare. I’ve never experienced such a horrible customer service experience than I have here with billing issues. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I do not understand how this agency operates like this! Especially dealing with individuals who are struggling mentally! I have called about an issue 10 times in one month, with the majority of phone calls consisting of me being on hold most of the time trying to figure it out and to get a supervisor and the phone calls are always 30 minutes to one hour. I’m on hold with them now for 56 minutes as I’m typing this review. I’ve been told different information during these phone calls, they couldn’t figure out the issue but finally did, but now there’s another barrier, I can’t get through to talk to supervisor. I was told the supervisors were busy and continued to hold for one and was disconnected on hold after an hour and fifteen minutes and now have to call back. I just spoke with Supervisor Beth who I’ve spoken with before and is very kind and helpful, and she is working on resolving the issue today and will be calling me back. Issue is now finally resolved, I will receive my refund in 2-3 weeks. 8/22/22 update: I called the agency since it’s been three weeks and I’m now being told that it takes up to six weeks to receive it, not what I was told by Beth and reassured multiple times of. If I didn’t like my therapist I would leave this agency.

Very intentionally nontransparent pricing. 100+ dollars of unclear charges to my friend who I am still trying unwind. It was understood that insurance would cover and only copay would be charged. Instead we were unknowingly signed up for a subscription service?????
