To keep data secured our labs are sure surrounded by a minimum of two locked doors and data is kept on non-bootable devices that are not connected to a network. To keep data private we only test functionality of data with a customer present so the customer can dictate what data is tested.

On another device. Typically, an external hard drive or a flash drive. We can also deliver data via a secure FTP download when practical.

Data Recovery fees can range depending on the complexity of a recovery. We don’t base our recovery fees on the type or amount of data, we base them on the complexity of a recovery. Depending on the device and circumstances recoveries can be a couple hundred dollars to thousands.

We aim to complete initial evaluations the same day we receive a device in our lab, worst case scenario the next business day. Recovery timelines generally range between 3 and 8 business days once customers give us their approval to move forward.
