Staff answered phone right away when we had questions. We were able to change sites upon arrival when we found a site we preferred.

Cute little RV park. Very happy they have online booking, check in and check out. Some of the spaces are a little tight but we were up against a pretty little river so it didn't matter to us. The park was very quiet and relaxing. They have a good sized dog park, a play structure for kids, corn hole, a basketball hoop, bocce ball court, and lots of picnic tables. They also have a catch-and-release pond with tons of fish. We didn't go fishing but we did enjoy watching the catfish from the dock! There are no firepits in the sites, but they allow you to bring your own aboveground firepit (I guess they have them for rent too but we did not inquire about that.) We had a great weekend stay and will definitely be back!

They advertise they have a nature trail. It's a unmaintained dirt "trail" that looks more dangerous than relaxing. On the site it shows paved roads inside the park, most are dusty dirt roads. Prepare to wash your rig often. The pond they have is maybe 20% full of water and stinks. The rv sites are so close together the rv pop-outs from neighboring sites almost touch. There isnt enough lighting. At night it's pitch black except for a couple places. The bridge in park makes so much noise when driven across it woke us up several times. They do have a nice natural creek that runs through the park unfortunately it was dry. I have been at worse rv parks but I've also been at a lot better. Management and grounds keepers were all nice and helped when help was needed. Location is nice but I wouldn't recommend.

Well kept, clean and green park. Hookups were great, quiet at night, would stay again if we go back to kings and sequoia. Thank you!

About $40/night.
$900 a month plus electric with no amenities other than a bath house and laundry room. The new owner went up on the rent but didn't up the amenities.
Yes, you can camp with tents. Please call our office (559) 787 -3627 to make a booking.
Our Rv park is primarily set up for transient RVers; however, we do consider long-term stays on a case-by-case basis. Typically, when approved the monthly charge is $675 from the 15th of September through the 15th of May and $900 during our peak season from 15th of May through 15th of September, plus electricity. The age/ condition of the RV would be taken into consideration as part of the application for a long term stay.
