The manager never answers the phone when called she also never calls back. If you need repairs to anything in your apartment be ready to wait a few months before anything is done and if you enjoy taking showers with hot water these are not the apartments for you the hot water is literally out at least 2weeks every month.

They never fixs anything in the apartment it takes them almost half a year to fixs anything they complain about anything can’t even be outside worse apartments ever I do don’t recommend sorry not sorry

Not 100% sure but it looks like you're asking why they don't give a notice when the hot water goes out. I received a notice informing what happened, so I would assume all other tenants did too. A pipe broke underground and had to be repaired from what I can understand. If I have a question I go down to the office to ask what's going on probably quickest way to get an answer.
We will be having a 3 bedroom 2 bath available in mid to end of September. You can stop by the office between 8 - 5 to pick up an application!
