My go to fishing spot for many years. Or even a go to spot to listen to the sound of the river and watch it flow. There's a $5 fee to enter or you may park right outside but it's limited. Never seen it packed.

As long as they're not bothering anyone, people don't even usually mind if they're off-leash, but yeah, some ppl r just uncomfortable no matter what, so better to keep a leash on.
I haven't seen any rangers any time i have went but don't mean they don't check in but with everything going on right now probably don't have time
