If you are looking to have your loved one tortured in order to establish a better appreciation for your care and service, Berks County Office of Aging should absolutely be your first call. No one does this better than the uneducated incompetent staff they employ.

I called to seek assistance & all I got was matter of fact “advice”. Very curt & sharp. No empathy in her response. Years ago, this same office assisted me with my father & I was so appreciative for all their help. I loved my caseworker as she made me feel completely understood. Fast forward to now & my reaction is just the opposite.
