Almost all of the wineries in the Edna Valley open at either 10 or 11 am and close at 5 PM. Edna Valley and Tolosa stay open until 6 PM. You also might consider using UberWine for a really safe experience.
The tasting fee is per person per visit and includes a flight of wines, usually 5 wines in a flight. The website says the tasting fee is $18 per person (although you can share with a buddy if you want) and is waived if you buy 2 or more bottles.
