Almost all of the wineries in the Edna Valley open at either 10 or 11 am and close at 5 PM. Edna Valley and Tolosa stay open until 6 PM. You also might consider using UberWine for a really safe experience.

The hours are 11 to 5. Anytime in that range, you will have a wonderful tasting.
