Quick visit
Ms Individualistic
This has been my DHS office for some years now .i recently have visited here to do my redetermination in person because my Abe contact information was wrong and i had trouble updating it.i walked in and spoke with ms.dawkins who says is a supervisor does not know how to change it .i asked to speak to a caseworker she says i cannot see 1 .she gives me the packet to fill out outside and can not offer me a pen.i asked her if there is a number i can call or someone who knows how to change it .she says I'm transfering your case out of this location without my permission or asking me .just because she felt i was being difficult for her in the moment.she abused her power as a supervisor for DHS.her job is to help us low income people not abuse her power .that's a shame .i needed assistance and was turned away .i will still becoming to this location because i know they have caseworkers who do care to help people like me .thank you mr.Deleon, Mrs.martinez,ms.Davis for helping me with this issue making sure i was taken care of.

The line moves a little slow but once put into the system they call your name pretty quick. Had to call the office for the first time in a few years and I got an answer and was helped completely before I got off the phone . Great upgrade

They never answer the phone. Ever. Service is just as bad when you go in.
Getting good service here is like winning the lottery. If happens to you once good luck. But most likely won't happen again
No

No this is the Public Aid place
Go personally and claim your benefit stamps and you'll probably get them after leaving the office
Nope sorry
There's pretty much nothing to it, you need general assistance they will give you general assistance.
It's best to go down there early before it gets crowded
I would think a notarized letter from your ex stating they no longer reside at your residence or a notarized letter from your landlord.
